Are there any exchange rates?

All orders are processed in USD. If your card uses another currency, the final charge will depend on your card issuer’s daily exchange rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

We offer shipping to all locations within the contiguous United States. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders below this amount, shipping cost is $6.99. We partner with trusted international and local carriers to ensure your Belonyo products are delivered safely and on time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed.

A small processing fee ($0.50) applies for cancellations before dispatch.

How do I set my shipping address?

Enter your full address in English characters only. Replace special characters if necessary (e.g., “ç” → “c”).

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is processed or shipped, the address cannot be changed.

We recommend using your home address for smooth delivery.

When will my order arrive?

How do I track my order?

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices are displayed tax-free. Duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I return an item?

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Send us your order number and photos within 90 days. We’ll quickly provide a replacement or refund.

How long does the return process take?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. You’ll be notified when the return is complete.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.
