Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at cs@belonyo.com

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If cancelled before processing, a $0.50 cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and credit card processing fees.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders

Belonyo is not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
