Shipping & Address

Please make sure to provide your full and correct shipping address. Incomplete addresses may delay delivery or prevent your order from being processed.

We offer shipping to all locations within the contiguous United States. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders below this amount, shipping cost is $6.99. We partner with trusted international and local carriers to ensure your Belonyo products are delivered safely and on time.

Return Policy

Not Satisfied with Your Order

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 90 days of receipt. To qualify:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Original packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address.

Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong choice, dislike), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If the return is due to Belonyo’s error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is defective or damaged, please email cs@belonyo.com with a photo showing the issue. Include the tag or packaging if possible.

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement without requiring you to return the original item.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled before shipment or production for a full refund.

After Shipping

If the order has already shipped, please refuse delivery. Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping costs once the package begins its return journey.

Warranty

Belonyo products are covered against manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Misuse or insufficient care

Normal wear and tear

Sun damage to colors/materials

After-market modifications

Water damage

Refund Policy

You may request a refund if:

The product is defective or non-functional.

The product was not received within 90 business days (for certain international orders).

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you do not receive your refund, check your bank/PayPal account, then contact your bank or our support team at cs@belonyo.com

Shipping Costs & Notes

Buyers are responsible for return shipping if the return is due to personal reasons (wrong color, size, or change of mind).

Belonyo covers shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

No relisting fees are charged.
